Ukraine crisis: Day of prisoner swaps
An exchange of prisoners has taken place between the Ukrainian government and pro-Russian separatists in the east of the country.
The deal is part of a peace plan agreed in September, and involves the swapping of Ukrainian soldiers for hundreds of separatists held by the Ukrainian authorities.
It is the biggest prisoner exchange so far and comes ahead of the traditional holiday season in the region, when people travel to be with their families for New Year.
