EFCC: Ladoja Challenges Ajimobi On Return Of N500m

Former Oyo State governor and Accord Party gubernatorial candidate, Senator Rashidi Ladoja has challenged Governor Abiola Ajimobi to present to the people of the state the N500 million cheque issued to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The former governor in an interview with newsmen in Oyo after flagging off his campaign called on the state governor to name the ex-governor whom he alleged returned N500m to the coffers of the state.

The director general, Ladoja Campaign Organisation, Hon Adeolu Adeleke had while addressing the crowd debunked claim that his leader had returned money to the coffers of the state government.

Adeleke, former speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly insisted that Ladoja did not return any money and “he did not steal from the coffers of the state government.

“I challenge the governor to present the cheque that was refunded by the Accord Leader. Ladoja is a man of integrity, honour and economically wise and have the love of the people.
